The reputation and the success of Novus Pro AI rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and don't tie you into any contracts.
Products like Novus Pro AI are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Due to the digital nature of Novus Pro AI, we cannot offer any refunds. However, you are free to cancel your account whenever you wish by emailing [email protected] or cancelling your account directly from within app.novuspro.ai.
Upon cancelling your account, if a direct debit payment has already been instructed, and is consequently taken within a few days of cancelling your account, you can expect a full refund for that payment within 4-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
